We are a family orientated practice, dedicated to offering our patients the highest standards of dental care in a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our focus is on the prevention of dental disease and so we encourage twice yearly check-ups and regular visits to our hygienist. We believe in allowing ample time for consultations to ensure we understand all of your individual needs and any anxieties you may have about your treatment. Our practice was opened in 1984 and we’ve been treating people ever since using the very latest in dental techniques. Thanks to this experience, we have learned to dedicate appropriate time for different procedures. We are fastidious in our health and safety procedures and ensure all steps are taken to prevent cross-infection in the surgery environment. We follow the strict Department of Health guidelines (HTM01-05) regarding the sterilisation of instruments and where possible, we use disposable items. All machines, including our x-ray equipment are checked annually; quality and standards are continually monitored. We at Alderney House are a highly trained and motivated dental team, Denplan accredited to Excel standards. This means we are committed to opening our practice and procedures to regular, independent monitoring. We do try to accommodate all of our patients. Should you experience pain between appointment dates, we shall endeavour to arrange an emergency appointment on the same day.
