I had a 11:30 appointment to have an assessment as a new patient and arrived at 11:20. Having checked in with the receptionist I took a seat in the waiting area. At11:40 having not yet been called I went and saw the reception again, she was surprised that I hadn't been called and said she would speak to the dentist. In the meantime two existing patients arrived and were called forward for treatment. At 11:45 I put on my coat, told the receptionist that I was leaving to go to another dental practice that had better customer service.
