COVID-19: Patient Announcement Following the announcement by the government on 28th May 2020, we are pleased that we are open from Monday 8th June 2020. In line with industry guidance, like many practices across the country, we will be reopening Balkrishna dental practice with a phased approach. We have taken safety precautions to prioritise the safety of all patients and staff – for instance the use of screens, no waiting inside the practice and staff wearing personal protective equipment. We will also carry out a short screening questionnaire before you attend the practice. For those who have spoken to a member of our team since lockdown began about a dental emergency or if your appointment was cancelled during lockdown, you have been placed on our contact list and a member of our team will be in touch with you soon when we are fully prepared to arrange your appointment. However, it may still be necessary for us to refer you elsewhere for treatment as in this early phase, we will be seeing patients who need urgent dental care only, until we fulfil other safety requirements.
