It is very helpful of you could print off the Medical Questionnaire and bring it along with you to your first appointment. We often take X-Rays to help with diagnosis and we can also refer you to our hygienist for scaling and polishing. We aim to understand your problems and concerns and will tailor your treatment to your wishes and needs, discussing the various options with you so that you can make an informed choice.
