We recently have opened a ground floor surgery with full wheelchair access. We have dedicated staff at the practice, and they are trained on a continued basis. Since opening We have grown from 1 dentist and 1 nurse to a team of 6 dentists some with special interests in Perio, Implants and Paediatrics, 1 hygienist, 6 nurses and 2 receptionists. We run a special children’s clinic once a week and keep protected slots of patients that have particular treatment needs. We are a member of BDA Good Practice which requires us to reach 96 standards and to prove this annually for reaccreditations We conduct in house training regularly, have weekly staff meetings. This is in addition to Continuing Professional Development which all professionals undertake annually in subjects such as radiation, infection control and medical emergencies
