Silver & Charlton have two state of the art practices in Sunderland. The smaller practice is in Atkinson Road, Fulwell, a shopping centre 3 miles away. Here we have 6 surgeries, 1 waiting room and a reception area. Both surgeries are accessible and easy to find. We welcome all new patients, so why not register your whole family as soon as possible?
